Covid safety protocols
We at Little Princess Party Fun take the safety of our clients and performers very seriously. We will be following all of the required and recommended restrictions put in place by the government of Ontario, as well as Ottawa Public Health.
Please note the following protocols that are being put in place:
Please note the following protocols that are being put in place:
- all parties are required to ensure distancing of 2 meters between the princess and the participants
- for indoor parties we will require ALL attendees (including the princess) to wear a mask
- parties must abide by the gathering number limits put in place by the government at the date of their event
- all party hosts must agree to ask all attendees to do the OPH covid screening before attending the event, and that no one is supposed to be isolating or in quarantine, AND that no one attending has been in close contact with a confirmed Covid case within 10 days before the event. https://covid-19.ontario.ca/self-assessment/
- ALL of Little Princess Party Fun's performers are fully vaccinated (and have granted us permission to share this health information with our clients)
- All clients must understands that Covid-19 is highly contagious and can be carried by asymptomatic carriers. While our performers will be doing self-screening assessments, be fully vaccinated and maintain distance, the client assumes the risk of hosting a performer and will not hold Little Princess Party Fun responsible for any illness that may occur from hosting our performer or holding a celebratory event.
- To reduce contact, we are asking all events are paid in advance via e-transfer
- Due to the highly precarious nature of Covid and the legal restrictions put in place, we cannot send any performers who are ill in any way, or who have been told to isolate. If either of these situations befall your performer, we will try our best to have on of our other performers cover the event. If none of our performers can cover the event, we will call other companies on behalf of our client and try to find a substitute. However, if no replacement can be found, we will unfortunately have to cancel or postpone the event, as we are not able to send performers with colds at this time. Unfortunately, in our current situation, we cannot uphold the "the show must go on" mentality that us performers are accustomed to doing.
